Steve Gwinn, of Mercer Island, principal of MatchPoint Construction, and member of the Masters Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, has been designing and building custom luxury homes in the Seattle region for over 13 years. An architecture graduate of University of Southern California (U.S.C.) Gwinn specializes in architectural design and construction of high end custom residential properties.

MatchPoint projects run the homebuilding gamut, from new construction, construction management, site analysis, land development and major home remodels, to smaller special building projects such as kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels and patio design. New projects include Tumble Creek at Suncadia, a four-season resort community near Cle Elum and Puerto Los Cabos, Los Cabos, Mexico.
