   MatchPoint Construction is located in the Island Corporate Center, at 7525 SE 24th Street, Suite 450. Conveniently located in downtown Mercer Island at the corner of SE 24th and 76th Avenue SE with easy access to I-90.

New Developments Include:

• MatchPoint Construction is pleased to have completed several projects over the past few months, and have a number well underway. We are looking forward to the completion of our Los Cabos project in March 2008, and the continued development of more properties in the Puerto Los Cabos Development.
• We are starting construction of a new 4000 square foot traditional home on Mercer Island in January 2008 with completion scheduled for Fall 2008.
• Two homes in eastern Washington are scheduled for 2008 with plans for continued growth in that region.   

As mentioned, currently and in 2007 MatchPoint Construction has experienced many developments in the speculation as well as custom areas of our business. We are fortunate to have continued support from our subcontractors and vendors but most importantly our valued clients.
